up on a rating (4). The site is rated under these criteria: The
site must: Have content. Have a good layout. The graphics don`t
have to be "Innovative" or AMAZING. If its well done, that's what
it takes. NO xxx/pornography Links should be related to you topic,
and of cause, working. And last but not least... I am very despotic...
