Farm Holiday in Tuscany on the Chianti hills between
Florence and Arezzo, in the heart of the 'Balze' area, along the

The l'Oliveta and il Belvedere farms, which consist
of 2 and 3 apartments respectively, extend over the Chianti hills
between Arezzo and Florence, a rich and fertile land in Roman
and Etruscan times and well famous for the production of excellent
oil and wine. The apartments lie in a typical mediterranean
landscape surrounded by vineyards and olive-trees, and
have a fine view of the Valdarno. The farms have been carefully
restored and furnished in harmony with the Tuscan country
style. There are also an outside loggia with private
garden, swimming-pool, barbecue, indipendent heating,
a well-equipped kitchen with washing-machine. In 5
minutes you can reach the wonderful medieval village of Loro
Ciuffenna and in half an hour the historical cities of Florence,
Arezzo and Siena.

“Il
Belvedere”has two apartments (MALVA
1 and MALVA
2) made from two recently restructured old haybarns.
There’s an approximately one hectare sized
Italian garden-park, inside which there’s, apart the
owner’s house, a swimming pool, a large solarium,
and above all a lot of peace and tranquillity.
Both
apartments have their own private entrance with a covered
parking place and a large shaded veranda looking out
onto the garden.
Fun
on the farm is assured for everyone, both for adults with the possibility
of using mountain bikes, palying ping-pong or table
football and for children with an area dedicated entirely
to them!
Just a few kilometers distant from “Il Belvedere”
there’s an hard-court tennis court open all the year
round and a stables where is possible to organize horse
treks through the beautiful surronding hills.

country villa “L’Oliveta” is the ideal holiday
destination.
The
farm is situated in the Aretine Chianti hills at the foot
of Mt. Pratomagno and consist of a farmhouse originally
built in 1806 but carefully restructured to maintain its exquisite
rustic characteristics: wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta
floors, antique wood-burning bread oven.
The
farm has the following facilities: a swimming
pool with a scenic view and an adiacent solarium,
an outdoor hydromassage tub, a shared car park,
an outside laundry area with 2 washing machines and a large
private garden with a barbecue and a large terrace
with a panoramic view of the valley.
“L’Oliveta”
is completely surrounded by hectares of typical terraced olive
groves and offers a beautiful view over the Arno Valley
to the Sienese Chianti hills beyond, but above all the
opportunity of taking long walks in the chestnut and beech
forests of Pratomagno enables one to feel fully immersed
in nature.
